About Film Prize University

Film Prize University is Prize Foundation’s workforce training program built to grow Northwest Louisiana’s film and television crew base. These hands-on workshops are led by working professionals that teach real set standards, expectations, and skills so local residents can step onto productions with confidence. Film Prize University is designed for people who want to work in film and TV, including students, career-changers, and skilled tradespeople and creatives who already have talent and drive but need a clear path into the industry. The goal is simple: build a stronger local workforce so productions can hire here, work here, and keep opportunity in the region.
